About the treatment
How it works
Dark circles and puffiness have several causes, including pigmentation, slow circulation and fluid, and thin skin. Light Eyes Ultra is a blend of active ingredients chosen to address those causes together.
It is delivered by mesotherapy, a series of very shallow micro-injections under the eye. It does not add volume, so it suits people whose concern is colour or puffiness more than hollowing.
Your appointment
What happens, step by step
Consultation
We talk through your concerns and medical history, examine the area and explain your options, the cost and the risks. You can take time to think it over.
Preparation
On the day we confirm your consent, take photographs for your record, and cleanse the skin.
Treatment
A series of tiny, shallow injections is placed under each eye. It takes around 15 minutes.
Afterwards
You leave with written aftercare advice and our number. We check how you have settled at a review if one is needed.
Before
Preparing for your appointment
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment
- Tell us about any medication or supplements you take, including blood thinners. Do not stop prescribed medication without speaking to your GP
- Let us know if you are unwell, have a skin infection or a cold sore in the area, as we may need to rebook
- Tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as treatment is not carried out during this time
- Come with clean skin and no make-up on the area if you can
After
Looking after yourself afterwards
- Small bumps or mild bruising under the eyes can last a day or two
- Avoid rubbing the eyes and leave eye make-up off for the rest of the day
- Skip strenuous exercise, alcohol and saunas for 24 hours
- Wear sunscreen and sunglasses outdoors
- Keep to the two-week spacing between sessions for the best result

What is in it?
Hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, an antioxidant enzyme (SOD), a peptide (Argireline) and plant extracts including chamomile, rosemary, blueberry and ruscus.
Who is it suitable for?
Most adults and all skin types. We check suitability at your consultation.
Is there downtime?
Small bumps or mild bruising under the eyes can occur for a day or two.
How is it different from tear trough filler?
Tear trough filler replaces lost volume. Light Eyes Ultra does not add volume; it targets pigmentation, puffiness and skin quality.
