How M.D Aesthetics collects, uses and protects your information when you use this website. Last updated October 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by M.D Aesthetics, Suite 2, Berkhamsted House, 121 High Street, Berkhamsted HP4 2DJ. For any question about your information, email info@md-aesthetic.com or call 01442 971888.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and keep a record of the enquiry.

Bookings. Appointments are booked through Treatwell. Information you give when booking is handled by Treatwell under its own privacy policy.

Clinic records. If you become a client, information taken at consultation and treatment is held in your clinic record, which we explain at your appointment.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:

  • Essential cookies that keep the website working and remember your cookie choice. These do not need consent.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that tell us how many people visit and which pages they use. These are only set if you click “Accept all”.
  • Affiliate cookies from partner networks such as Awin, which record when a purchase is made through a product link on our site so the retailer can pay us a commission. These are only set if you click “Accept all”. The price you pay is not affected.

You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings.

Product links

Some pages include links to skincare products sold by other retailers. If you buy through one of these links we may earn a commission. We only recommend products we are happy to suggest to our own clients.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails and form messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case clinic records are kept for the period required for medical and insurance purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
