Simple routines
Where to start
Morning
Cleanse, a vitamin C or hydrating serum, moisturiser, then SPF50 every day.
Evening
Cleanse twice if you wear make-up or SPF, then a serum (vitamin A a few nights a week once your skin is used to it) and a moisturiser.
After treatment
Keep it simple: gentle cleanser, a calming moisturiser and SPF. Leave out acids and vitamin A until we say they can go back in.
Cleanse
A good cleanser is the base of any routine. In the evening, an oil or balm first followed by a gentle cleanser removes make-up and SPF properly.
